Before the day
You share your hotel when you book. The route is designed to start from there, so the first stop is near you, not across town.
On the morning
Roffy is in the lobby at the agreed time. Running late over breakfast? Message [+33 X XX XX XX XX] and a human answers. Nobody leaves without you.
At the end
The last stop is chosen so the way home is easy. Roffy brings you to a metro stop with clear directions, or walks you back if your hotel is close.
Where we pick up
Central Paris hotels, and honest answers beyond
Pickup is included from hotels in central Paris [arrondissements covered to confirm with Roffy]. Staying outside the center, or in an apartment? Say so in the inquiry. Sometimes pickup still works, sometimes the honest answer is a first stop 5 minutes from your door instead. You will know before you book, not on the morning.
Apartment and B&B guests: Roffy meets you at your building's entrance or the cafe on the corner, agreed in writing beforehand, with the exact address in your confirmation.
